Osmetech (OMH)

- Whilst just healthy debate, shows that the Warfarin testing is on a lot of agenda's and making news at the moment so it can only be a good thing. The Medical community are just very slow to pick up on new tech it was something that I talked to Fiaiz about at some length. Star Trek comes to mind if you know what i mean.

- I see that Mike Neville has delivered some real shareholder value to CPN holders.Looks like its going to be a (cashless) shell for a miner if they sell the aptly named BORROWDALE hotel. What's he going to do with 2 cashless shells I wonder? The FSA really should get their finger out NOW!

- abergele Director holdings have certainly been devalued, so maybe there are no ulterior motives. It is quite easy to over analyse events. One things for sure though, Stimpson will pick up an extra 1m shares at a share price of 6p (rather than 8p) for his deferred salary of £249k.

- grahamite, you're right. We're 6 months behind the US, so in 6 months time when people here are picking up bargain repossesion lots in the auction houses, Gordon will be boasting about 'the recovery' in the housing sector.

- But he makes a fair point, though, Smart. We are not concenrrend with past glories, but the present and the future. All I can say is that the person who was offloading IND in blocks of 5k and 6k the past few weeks has better ¨contacts¨ than Paul. :0)

- 15p offer tabled quickly would be quite a premium on todays price and hopefully would start a bidding war....2ent and Euk will be of interest to someone whilst NAG runs off with the properties and converts them into New Age organic food factories!

Cyprotex (CRX)

- I think the key differential is that Biofocus is far less automated than CRX, hence the margin it makes on it's ADME business might be substantially lower than that for CRX. Unfortunately the numbers are not seperated out so I can't check whether this guess is right.

Nighthawk (HAWK)
23:25:55 07/08/2008
- This is making me very nervous. I am losing loads here, if all the shorters had closed their positions we should be going up, but as they obviously haven't, they must think this is falling even further?? I am feeling very gloomy at the moment. As with all my shares when I buy them they fall. I am just glad I don't have spreadbets or CFDs :-( Jen

- dasv, you are spot on (post no.11652). Now and then the market gets it way wrong and gives you the chance to "...just wander over and pick up a pile of money lying in the corner." So says Jim Rogers anyway.
